| My car is not running well - Will you be able to support me if I have an Issue? Yes. Our experienced staff have years of RC tuning and problem diagnostics experience behind them and can often get to the root cause of any RC related problem over the telephone. If you fancy, you can take a trip up to the shop where you can have a coffee and relax on the sofa whilst we personally tune your car up whilse you wait! FREE OF CHARGE! |
| I Bought the Car from Elsewhere, is it still possible to get the engine set up with you guys? Yes, our bottom line is we want to make RC fun for everyone, so it does not matter to us if you bought from elsewhere we will still be pleased to tune the car and set the engine up free of charge! |
| My local model shop has tuned the car but it still does not run well - Why? Often many model shops do not understand the importance of actually running a car on a surface to set the engine up - you cannot set an engine up on a shop doorstep. This is not relaible or possible to acheive a satisfactory carburation setting with this method. At Ben Racing we use a local tarmaced area to run the car and check that all functions of the car are operating perfectly! |
| Before I buy this car, I want to know - Will I be able to get spares for it? At Ben Racing we do not stock any cars that we cannot get spares for! Unless the manufacturer is well stocked and with a good attitude to customer service we will not work with them. |
