Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, and Mastercard. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will attempt to send your order to you the same day if received before 3pm. International orders are generally received in under 5 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and dispatch the item as soon as it arrives on stock.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

You have the right to cancel this agreement but this right ends 7 WORKING DAYS after the date YOU RECEIVE the products (working days excludes weekends and bank holidays). You will not have to pay for any goods and any amounts you have been charged will be repaid to you by way of a credit to your card within 30 days. However, if the goods have been despatched or delivered then YOU MUST RETURN the products to us and bear the costs yourself (the cost of return postage will only be refunded in situations where a statutory right is breached). Any products returned must be received by BenRacing in the condition and in the same packaging (if possible) as when it was delivered to you.

When returning any goods for an exchange or refund it is recommended that you obtain a proof of posting certificate from the Post Office as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in the post.

We do not refund the cost of returns unless the reason for return is the result of our own error or there is a breach of your statutory rights.
Remittance Terms All online purchases must be made using a valid credit/debit card. All orders are processed in GBP.

If you are ordering from outside the EU tax zone, or you have a valid EU VAT number, then we deduct the 17.5% VAT during checkout!
